1.   General Provisions

1.1  Offer Availability

All discounts and promotional offers are:

•        Subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended by Crown Bite at any time without prior notice.

•        Valid only for the period stated in the offer. Where no end date is specified, the offer may be ended at our discretion.

•        Limited to personal, non-commercial purchases only unless otherwise stated.

•        Not transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly indicated.

1.2  One Offer Per Order

Unless Crown Bite expressly states otherwise, only one promotional discount or offer may be applied to any single order. Customers may not combine multiple discount codes, promotional rates, or offer types in a single transaction.

1.3  Eligibility

Offers are open to customers who meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Discount Terms or in the specific terms of the individual offer. Crown Bite reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withdraw any offer or benefit where eligibility requirements are not met.

2.   Buy 3 Get 1 Free Offer

2.1  How It Works

When you add four (4) or more qualifying products to your shopping cart, the item with the lowest selling price will be automatically deducted at checkout. The discount is applied automatically — no code is required.

2.2  Qualifying Products

•        This offer applies to eligible products across Crown Bite's Press-On Nails, Lashes, and Essentials ranges.

•        Products already on sale or discounted may or may not be eligible depending on the specific product listing. Eligibility is indicated on the product page.

•        Certain limited-edition, premium, or bundled products may be excluded at Crown Bite's discretion.

2.3  Calculating the Free Item

•        The free item will always be the lowest-priced qualifying product in your cart.

•        If multiple items share the same price, Crown Bite's system will select one of those items at random for the discount.

•        The value of the free item cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to other orders.

2.4  Multiples

For every complete group of four (4) qualifying items in your cart, you will receive one (1) free item. For example, if you add eight (8) qualifying items, you will receive two (2) free items (the two lowest-priced items in the group of eight).

2.5  Returns Under This Offer

If you return one or more items from an order placed under this offer, the value of any discount applied will be recalculated based on the items retained. If the return means the qualifying threshold of four items is no longer met, the free-item discount will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

3.   First Order Discount (10% Off)

3.1  Eligibility

•        This discount is available to first-time customers only — defined as individuals who have never previously completed a purchase through Crown Bite's website or app.

•        One discount per person, per household, and per payment method.

•        Creating a new account to circumvent this restriction is prohibited. Crown Bite reserves the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts where abuse is detected.

3.2  Application

•        The 10% discount is applied automatically at checkout upon your first qualifying transaction. No code is needed.

•        The discount applies to the product subtotal before delivery charges and applicable taxes.

•        There is no minimum cart value required to qualify.

3.3  Excluded Items

The first-order discount does not apply to:

•        Gift cards or store credit.

•        Delivery and shipping charges.

•        Any items already reduced as part of another promotional offer or sale event, unless Crown Bite expressly states that offers can be combined.

3.4  Expiry

The first-order discount is valid for one (1) use only and expires upon completion of the first transaction. It cannot be carried over or reused.

4.   Selected Customer Discount (5% Off)

4.1  Who Qualifies

Crown Bite may, at its sole discretion, offer a 5% ongoing discount to selected customers. Selection criteria may include, but are not limited to:

•        Loyalty status or purchase history.

•        Membership of a Crown Bite loyalty or rewards programme.

•        Verified affiliation with a partner organisation, community group, or promotional scheme.

•        Customers who have opted in to a specific promotional tier.

4.2  Notification

Eligible customers will be notified of their selected status via email, in-app notification, or account dashboard. Crown Bite is not obligated to explain selection decisions.

4.3  Application

•        The 5% discount is applied automatically to eligible orders at checkout.

•        There is no minimum cart value required.

•        The discount applies to the product subtotal before delivery charges and applicable taxes.

4.4  Non-Transferable

The selected customer discount is linked to the individual customer account and cannot be transferred, shared, or used by any other person.

4.5  Withdrawal

Crown Bite reserves the right to withdraw the selected customer discount from any account at any time, including where fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected, or where the eligibility criteria are no longer met.

5.   Promotional and Discount Codes

5.1  General Rules

•        Discount codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

•        Each code has a specific validity window and usage limit. Expired or exceeded codes will be automatically rejected.

•        Codes are case-insensitive unless stated otherwise.

•        Crown Bite is not responsible for typographical errors made when entering a code.

5.2  Restrictions

•        Unless a specific offer states otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or code.

•        Codes obtained through unauthorised channels (e.g. third-party cashback sites not authorised by Crown Bite, code-sharing forums) may be voided at Crown Bite's discretion.

•        Codes issued for a specific campaign or channel may be restricted to that channel only.

5.3  Affiliate Codes

Codes issued through the Crown Bite Affiliate Programme are governed by both these Discount Terms and the separate Crown Bite Affiliate Programme Terms. In the event of conflict, the Affiliate Programme Terms shall prevail with respect to commission and code-sharing rules.

6.   Sale and Reduced-Price Items

Items featured in Crown Bite's Sale collection are offered at reduced prices for a limited time. The following terms apply:

•        Sale prices are valid only for the duration of the sale period. Crown Bite does not guarantee that sale prices will be extended or repeated.

•        The 'Regular Price' displayed on product listings represents the standard selling price at which the item has been previously offered on Crown Bite's website.

•        Sale items may be returned in accordance with Crown Bite's Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued at the price actually paid, not the regular price.

•        Sale items may not be eligible for additional promotional discounts or codes unless expressly stated.

7.   Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the origin of the items; however, free shipping is offered on orders with a minimum cart value of £10.

8.   Misuse, Fraud, and Abuse

Crown Bite takes the integrity of its promotional offers seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of orders, removal of discounts, suspension or termination of accounts, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

•        Creating multiple accounts to obtain a new-customer discount more than once.

•        Sharing single-use discount codes with third parties.

•        Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to exploit offer mechanics.

•        Any attempt to manipulate cart contents, order values, or checkout processes to obtain a discount not genuinely earned.

•        Purchasing items for the purpose of resale at full price after receiving a promotional discount.

Crown Bite reserves the right to recover the value of any discount or benefit obtained through fraudulent or abusive means.

9.   Changes and Withdrawal of Offers

Crown Bite reserves the right to:

•        Modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

•        Amend these Discount Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' date.

•        Decline to honour a discount where a technical error or system fault has resulted in an incorrect price or offer being displayed.

Where a change to these Discount Terms materially affects an offer already applied to a confirmed order, we will notify affected customers by email where reasonably practicable.

10.   Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crown Bite shall not be liable for:

•        Any loss or damage arising from the failure to apply a discount correctly due to technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

•        Loss of opportunity, revenue, or goodwill arising from the withdrawal or amendment of any offer.

•        Any indirect or consequential losses related to our discount and promotional programmes.

Nothing in these Discount Terms limits or excludes Crown Bite's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Discount Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Discount Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence which are not affected by this clause.
