Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products such as opened or used nails, lashes, or other personal care items may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Proof for Damaged or Incorrect Items
To protect both our customers and our store from fraudulent claims, we require clear video proof of the package being opened for any damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims.

The video must clearly show:
• The unopened package before opening
• The full process of opening the package
• The condition of the item received

Claims submitted without proper video evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer must arrange and cover the cost of sending the item back.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used or opened beauty products
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products returned after the return period

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
